Good services, fast Wi-Fi. Large room with comfortable bed, a laptop safe, a mini-bar and central heating.

The breakfast at Paradiso Garden was outstanding! I enjoyed a wide variety of delicious food options each morning. The hotel is also in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. I was able to rent a bike and explore the area with ease, thanks to the helpful front desk staff. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly and attentive service from the entire staff. I had a fantastic stay at Paradiso Garden and would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel can be rather interesting for people who wants to stay at the beach. For business travelers it is poor.

2011 and still no internet?? Every drink have to be paid in advance, it is not possible to credit your roomaccount. Very ineffective. Employees are not familiar to work with gasts who are vesiting business wise.

Good value, friendly staff, 'brunch buffet' until 2 pm means that half-board is effectively full board. Just a few minutes away from sea and Playa de Palma beach.

Single rooms small and not that comfortable. Hotel, and whole area, full of raucous young Germans - harmless but noisy. Thudding outdoor disco two nights per week plus other noisy 'entertainment'.

In general the service was exceptional! Moreover, free Wi-Fi was pretty good. Location: the hotel was just next door to cafes as well as the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. Plus, it was approx 5 mins walk from Playa de Palma.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself has a modern and stylish finish, with clean and spacious rooms that offer breathtaking views from the balcony. The pool area is fantastic, with a bar serving delicious cocktails and plenty of sun loungers to relax on. I also appreciated the towel service, which was really convenient. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices including freshly made omelettes and pancakes. The dinner at the restaurant was also a highlight, with delicious dishes at a great price. The live music and DJ throughout the week added a fun and vibrant atmosphere to my stay. The location of this hotel is also perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel itself is always peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, amenities, and overall experience were top-notch.

Very nice food and location

We had arrived few hours earlier of our booking and after 12hour journey and the management didn't help us at all. They didn't give us a temporary place to rest until the time time of our booking.

Very friendly staff and is well located. Beach is 1 minute walk from the hotel. Airport bus stop ( bus 21, 2,5€) is very close. Journey takes around 30 minutes to and from the airport. You can go to Palma city center by bus 15( 1,5€ slow, many stops) or by bus 25 ( faster, a bit more expensive, around 2€) There is a big supermarket (Mercadona) behind the hotel and a small one in front of the beach. Buffet is not bad for the price, if you are not in a diet you'll find many choices. There is a small fridge in the room which is great to keep some drinks we bought at the supermarket.

The only socket was in the toilet, so it was unconfortable. To charge the mobile, as we were two, I had to unplug the tv to use that socket. Some areas need upgrading, but honestly, for that price I couldnt ask for more. Walls are not thick so if the others guests are noisy...

The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the pristine beaches and lush greenery. You can easily visit the airport from here. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, while the breakfast is a delightful affair. The facilities include a great pool, excellent bars, and restaurants nearby.

The hotel staff can be a little slow in responding to requests.

You guys made our stay superb. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was ideal and clean. The accommodation had a central location close to the airport for an early morning flight out. The rooms were new-fashioned and immaculate with balcony. The team provided an exceptional service.

Our stay was very nice, location of hotel and facilities are very good - close to the beach, tennis court, pool, outside bar etc. The food was good and hotel staff friendly. And the hotel was clean. A decent stay. We definitely recommend it.

Don't choose this hotel if you want to experience Spanish culture. As it is placed in the German part of the island, everybody speaks to you in German and as you would expect, 80% if not more of the people in the area are German.

The hotel is the only one we saw in Playa with it's own garden. It was a pleasure to have breakfast and dinner in the terrace in the garden. The location is good. Stuff is friendly and very helpful. Long breakfast is huge advantage. Almost all rooms have nice sea view.

We would like to see more seafood in the dinner menu.
